I'm David Holmes. I've been helping families in the Texas panhandle buy and sell homes for 10 years now.

The truth is, being a REALTOR® isn't rocket science...pretty much anybody can do it. But, what makes me different (for better or worse) is my commitment to serve my clients at an ultra high level of respect, communication, integrity, professionalism, and compassion that no other agent in the area does.

My clients are not "look at me" social media posts that I use to humble brag about my latest closing; rather, they become friends. No wait...they become family.

Over the years, I've officiated client weddings, waited with client families in emergency rooms, held client's hands while they struggled through chemo treatments, been the first person to hold clients' new babies, and even had the profound honor of being asked to officiate funerals and grave-side vigils.

You see, houses are important; but it's the people that live inside them that matter the most!

All that said, the very best way to choose a real estate agent is not to listen to what they say about themselves, but to read what other people have to say about them.
